Using charred oak casks, they've been perfecting their small-batch process since the the 18th century. Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey is matured to exact specifications down at the Heaven Hill's Bardstown distillery headquarters by master distillers. This is the now deleted 12 year old as Elijah Craig has gone to No Age Statement (NAS).
