HIGHEST-RATED WHISKEY, 95 POINTS
The nose on this rye has elements of sweet pine,
honey, nougat, vanilla, cloves and lavender.
Oaky undertones, subtle cedar saw dust or fresh
split cedar. Rich in consistency and not forwardly
spicy on the nose. It immediately coats the entire
palate and nutmeg and cinnamon give way to
pepper spice with vanilla on the front and
anise across the middle.
Subtle cinnamon spice clings to the finish.

If your order is placed before 8 am AEST, we will endeavour to ship the same business day, otherwise your order will be dispatched the next business day. If we are experiencing high volumes of orders due to peak periods or promotions, our handling time may be extended up to 3 business days which will be incorporated into the Delivery time frame above.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left in your mailbox. This card will advise the next steps required to obtain delivery of your order. If you fail to collect your goods and the items are returned to our warehouse, you will be responsible for any charges incurred in redelivering the products to you.
At times, due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery may be longer than estimated due to carrier delays outside of our control. Please allow 3 business days after the estimated delivery time frame has lapsed to contact us for follow up.

If your delivery address is incomplete/incorrect or you have listed any of the above postal types, you will be contacted by an Orrsum Spirits Customer Service Representative either via message or phone for an alternate delivery address. Each order may only be sent to one delivery address. If you need to send products to more than one delivery address, please place a separate order for each delivery address. Please ensure the delivery details in your online account or checkout page reflect your correct address to which you would like your order delivered. If there is an issue with stock on your order, we will contact you via message or phone to notify you and resolve.
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an automated email advising that your order has been completed and a tracking number with a link to the carrier's website will be provided so you can track your delivery.
Change of Delivery Address
If you haven’t received your Tracking number via an automated email, please contact us and the courier service immediately to update your address details.
If your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and no attempt at delivery has been made, you can redirect your parcel.
Re-delivery / Return to Sender
Once an order has left our warehouse and is in-transit to you, a $22 fee is incurred for any parcels returned to sender. This fee is passed onto the customer when;
- the delivery address has been incorrectly entered by the customer
- a parcel is undelivered within 5 business days
- you don't think the parcel will reach you in time and want to return it for a refund
If a parcel has been returned to our warehouse due to the above and you want the item re-sent to you, you will be charged the re-delivery fee as well as the return to sender charge. If you request a refund, then your refund amount will be less the RTS fee.
Authority To Leave
Due to the nature of our goods, we do not allow 'Authority To Leave' requests. If a request has been made at the time the order is placed, the request will be removed prior to shipping.
Alcohol Restricted Areas
We deliver Australia wide, excluding areas classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or restricted areas. Alcohol is banned in these areas outside a licensed premise. If your delivery address is located within a restricted area, your order will be placed on hold and we will contact you via email or phone. If you are unable to provide an alternate delivery address that does not lie within a restricted area, your order will be cancelled and refunded. If you are located within NT, QLD, WA, SA and are unsure, please contact your State Government website to find out if you reside in a restricted area.
Packing and Insurance
All items are packed to a very high standard. All items are insured during transit to cover damage or non-delivery. If you receive any damaged goods, please contact us within 24 hours from delivery to arrange a replacement if available. Insurance claims are to be directed to the courier company, we supporting information from Orrsum Spirits.
Why do we ask for I.D?
As per Australian licensing laws, customers must be over 18 years of age to place an order for alcohol and receive the delivery. A customer’s order will not be left with persons under the age of 18 years (proof of age may be required) and our couriers will use their best endeavours to verify ID. Orrsum Spirits supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. We may also ask the customer to provide additional details or require them to confirm their details to enable us to process any orders placed by or through the eBay store.
